The history of Flybuilt

The creation of Flybuilt

During our conversation, Tomi tells me about the history of his business. I ask him how it all started.

I can't remember exactly, but it was maybe six, maybe ten years ago, when I was browsing the internet and came across an advertisement for contractors. "It was called 'Entrepreneurship at home, young people', and being young myself, I thought maybe it was for me. I read the short description and filled in the application form, which took me about two minutes and was completed automatically.

From now on, Tomi says, the story is just part of the process. He went to the job centre to register for the programme and to get jobseeker's allowance. He managed to do this for a week and then became self-employed and set up his own business. Flybuilt team.

Interesting that such a small moment decided that this was the career path I chose" - notes Tomi.

Support for young entrepreneurs

The call also included a HUF 3 million grant, which he used to start his business. He planned to set up a business that would generate a large profit before the grant ran out. And he successfully turned his life and learning paths towards media, design and website creation.

The "Entrepreneurship at Home - Young People" programme is an important tool for the integration of young people into the labour market, the development of the entrepreneurial culture in Hungary and the competitiveness of the economy. It helps young people to get involved in economic life, create new jobs through their own businesses and contribute to the economic development of the country.

In the right direction

Fortunately, my studies and my previous life have given me a good orientation in the world of media design and website development, so I based my business on these. My first client ordered something from me before I even knew what to order. Since then, I have had many successes, and good contacts and a pre-developed business plan have helped me to achieve them.

To those who want to start a business, I wish you good luck by noticing the small signs in life, because even a moment can make a big difference." - concluded Tomi.
